Most senior chatters on the internet have chatted with Coldheart at one time or another. He was loved by one and all.
His friend Jan Williams sent the following to be circulated around chat circles....
Sad to tell you, Jim Roth/Coldheart in chatrooms, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, in his sleep. He will be cremated and his goodbye will be on Thursday. He leaves a son and a daughter and his companion, Loraine/ Kenzie to chatters. He also had 4 grandsons. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

I thought of Jim as a brother and we got to be very close friends.
I will miss him so very much. I know he is at peace now and not suffering
all the pain as before.
Thank you so much for this. He was a good man,.
JanI was privileged to have met coldheart on line over a year ago when i first got on line-then to have met him at Dixies bash in September-since the bash we talked many times on Instant Messenger and he was the first person i ever talked with on webcam-his grin was always infectious-he lived life to the fullest despite physical handicaps and was a friend always there for so many to lean on-he was such a rare individual and we are so deprived by his passing from our lives---bless you kenzie and each of his family members- txroz
My tears flowed so easy tonight,
A beloved friend had seen his last night,
I cried for him because that was all I could do,
He was far from me, and I was far away too.
My friend, I wept for you in sadness.
You are free now from all the pain and illness.
You are whole my friend in a place,
Where all the past you won't have to face.
I am glad for the joy you gave to me,
So rest now in peace and know that forever,
In our hearts you will leave us never.
In love and memories

Elaine yargerI have only known Cold-heart who I always called, my little beating heart, for nine months. He always thought of others and never complained of how much pain he was in, he was a great friend to all who knew him, and a great man. He will be forever in our heart and thoughts, and I will miss talking to him. My prayers goes out to his family.
YOU'RE ONE OF A KIND
AND YOU'RE THE BEST,
THE TIME THEN CAME
FOR YOU TO REST,
YOUR SMILING FACE
I'LL ALWAYS KEEP
YOU ARE NOT GONE
YOU FELL ALSEEP,
YOU ARE MY FRIEND
WE'LL MEET AGAIN
NO MORE SUFFEREING
AND NO MORE PAIN,
I SEE A RAINBOW
WAY UP HIGH
RIDE THOSE CLOUDS
THAT'S PASSING BY,
I AM SO SAD
WE HAD TO PART
I ALWAYS CALLED YOU
MY BEATING HEART

Coldheart was a friend of mine. If I couldnt sleep late at night, he was on chat for me to talk to. He was a very caring and sensitive person. I knew he was ill but he always found time to listen to you also. My best wishes go to him and his family & children. Coldheart.. you will be missed by many of your friends. In Loving Memory"....... Jim was a very special friend to us, I met him in the chatroom about four
years ago, and he suggested we meet him and Loraine in an italian restaurant in
Florida. Little did we know that meeting Jim and Loraine that day was the
beginning of a very meaningful and wonderful friendship.
Over the past four years, we would meet once a month, and socialized and got
to know each other, and became very close friends. During these past four
years we shared a very special relationship with Jim and Loraine, and feel so
fortunate to have met that first time four years ago.
Jim was anything like his name implies "Coldheart", he had a tremendous
attachment to the chat room, and shared with us all the wonderful times he had on
the bashes. He was a warm hearted individual and showed tremendous love for
others, in spite of all the trials and tribulations in dealing with the pain
from all of his various health problems. He would rarely complain and say
"I am o.k.", he will be deeply missed by us and all the others who got to know
him and love him, for the "wonderful man he was." Jim, you are forever in
our hearts .......
